- Print Label
Download and print the prepaid return shipping label from your email
- Ship & Refund
Pack items, attach label, drop at shipping point and receive refund
Refund Information
We process refunds promptly once we receive and inspect your returned items:
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless return is due to our error
- Store credit option available for faster refunds
